Please have any relevant images to showcase the problem, and if the concern is valid, we'll either issue a full refund or reship the order with no extra cost. Please note, in no circumstance well you need to ship the original faulty product back to us.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover all the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for some help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
As we're a print on demand service, we put a lot of time and effort in manufacturing our products. Ever order is custom built and handled separately. Therefore, once you've placed your order you won't be able to cancel it.

Once we've confirmed your order, you can expect it to ship within 5 business days. However, we ship about half of our orders within 3 days. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping times also heavely depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
We use live carrier rates for shipping, and therefore at checkout you'll be able to choose your preferred shipping option. Needless to say but, the faster the shipping time, the more expensive it'll be.
We accept all major forms of payment. You can checkout via PayPal or any other major Debit/ Credit card including Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover. Furthermore, you can also use ApplePay or GooglePay to pay for your order.
